Unreliable - riddled with inexcusable errors

Don't buy this edition of the book. This particular edition was a rushed job- the book is riddled with so many errors and typos that after manually effecting the errata (obtained separately from the authors' websites), my book resembled what should have been the editor's copy before the book went into print. In disgust I trashed the book ( it was not fit for donation to local library). Fortunately I had purchased a brand new copy for $43 from a third party so my loss was manageable.
